What is IZZI Label?

IZZI Label is a sustainable fashion brand founded in Arnhem, Netherlands. We create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces by reusing old fabrics and clothing. Every item is made locally, by hand, with respect for people and the planet.

What makes IZZI Label sustainable?

We never buy new fabrics. Instead, we work with repurposed clothing, leftover materials, and deadstock yarns. By doing so, we reduce waste and give existing textiles a new life.

What is deadstock, and why do you use it?

Deadstock refers to leftover fabrics or materials that were never used due to overproduction or cancelled orders. A lot of our deadstock knitting yarn comes from Kobor and Knitwear Lab, who share our sustainable vision. Using deadstock reduces textile waste and makes each IZZI Label piece unique.

Materials & Production

Where are your items made?

All our items are produced in Arnhem, the Netherlands, by Inez and her small team. This keeps production local, ethical, and transparent.

What materials do you use?

We use repurposed fabrics, donated clothing, and deadstock yarns. This gives us a wide range of textures, prints, and colors — making every piece truly one of a kind.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order designs?

Sometimes, depending on fabric availability. You can reach out with your request, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page includes measurements and sizing details. Because our items are handmade and unique, sizes may vary slightly. If you’re unsure, email us your measurements and we’ll help you find the best fit.

Can you adjust an item to fit me?

In some cases, yes! We can make small alterations if materials allow. Just reach out before ordering.

Orders & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs may vary from country to country, the shipping costs will be calculated during checkout. If you want to know this in advance, please read our shipping policy.

How long will delivery take?

Within the Netherlands: usually 2–4 business days.

EU orders: about 4–7 business days.

International orders: shipping times vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location and local delivery service. Under normal circumstances you should receive your order in in The Netherlands in 2-3 working days. Orders sent to the rest of Europe will
take 3-6 working days. Worldwide deliveries may take up to 3-7 working
days. (Please note that during sale periods and holidays it may take
longer for your order to arrive.)

Why haven't I received my order information?

Sometimes, your confirmation may ake a little longer when we have many
orders. Please wait up to an hour for your confirmation to arrive at your inbox. And please check your spam folder. If it takes longer than an hour, please check if you have filled in the correct email address and send us an email so we can send you your confirmation. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Where can I check the status of my order?

In the order confirmation you will receive a link to check the status of your order. You can also check the status of all your orders when you
are signed into your account.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty.

Is it possible to exchange items?

No, unfortunately not. If you wish to change your item to another size
or product you can follow our regular return process and order a new
item. 

How can I return my order?

To return or exchange items, please fill in the Return Form that came accompanied with your order. All steps in relation to your return are described on the Return Form. If you haven’t
received a Return From, please contact us immediately.

Orders must be returned unwashed and unused in the original packaging with all labels still attached.

Can I return a sale item?

Products can be returned.

When will I get my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 7 business days after receiving your return. All payments will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be available on your account after processing your return (depending on your payment method).

I have received a damaged item, what should I do?

All orders are processed carefully and inspected before shipment. We ask
you to do the same immediately after receiving your order. If you find a defect on one or more items, please contact us immediately with a discription of your problem and detailed photos of the defect. Please do not send damaged items back to us without contacting us first. 

Orders & Payments

What are the available payment methods?

We accept, Paypal, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, UnionPay

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is included in the order confirmation. If you think your invoice is incorrect, please contact us immediately. 

I received a bill for import charges, do I have to pay it?

For countries outside Europe there may be additional charges added by
your local customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and your own responsibility.

Styling & Collaborations

Can I borrow IZZI Label items for a photoshoot?

Yes! Pieces from the 2.0 and Palooka collections are available for styling shoots. The fee is €50 per item. Contact us at info@izzilabel.com

Care Instructions

How do I take care of my IZZI Label piece?

Because we use mixed and repurposed fabrics, care can vary. In general, we recommend:

  • Wash inside out, on a cold gentle cycle.
    Avoid bleach.
  • Air-dry instead of tumble drying.
  • For delicate items, hand wash or dry clean if necessary.
  • Special care instructions are always included with your order.

Accounts

What will you do with my information?

Your information is solely used to process your order and shipment. We
may use your email address for promotional purposes and your phone
number might be used if there is a problem with your order. Under no
circumstance will we share or sell your information to third parties. 

Is it possible to delete my account?

We can delete your account whenever you want. Send us an email through our contact page and we will remove your information from our system.

How can I stay updated on new collections and offers?

Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram/TikTok for the latest drops, behind-the-scenes updates, and exclusive offers. Newsletter subscribers also get 15% off their first order.
